Our hours of operation 08:00 until 20:00 daily except some major holidays.

We have very limited volunteers for Ontario so, please always try to fly through Palm Springs (PSP).

After submitting your request, you will see "RIDE REQUEST SUCCESSFUL" at the bottom of this screen. If not, please check your email including the spam & junk folder for an email acknowledgement before submitting another request or contacting us at hello@29-psp.org

Ride requests submitted 2 days or more, a volunteer dispatcher will review everything and a volunteer driver who will contact you 24 hours prior to departure. Ride requests scheduled more than a week ahead, we will try to contact you more than 24 hours before your departure date.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us or your driver immediately. Keeping 29-PSP informed of changes in your plans helps provide better service, saves money, volunteer's time, and eliminates unnecessary trips. Violators won't be eligible for future rides.

Thank you for submitting your depart ride request and you'll receive an email acknowledgement shortly. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@29-psp.org.

A volunteer will process and respond to your ride request so please be patient. For requests submitted 2 days or more in advance, a volunteer dispatcher will review your request before scheduling a volunteer driver to contact you via text or phone call. For ride requests scheduled over a week ahead, we will try to contact you more than 24 hours before your departure date. Please allow about 60 minutes after landing to get bags and walk to the USO center so you're not rushed and the volunteer driver is not waiting long.
