You'll receive an email acknowledgement shortly and if not, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@29-psp.org Ride requests submitted 48 hours or more, a volunteer dispatcher will review everything before scheduling a volunteer driver who will follow-up with you via text or phone call to confirm everything. For ride requests scheduled more than a week ahead, we will contact you about 48 hours before your departure date.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your volunteer driver immediately. Keeping 29-PSP informed of changes in your plans helps provide better service, saves money, volunteer's time, and eliminate unnecessary trips.
WE'RE A 100% VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION AND DO TO INCREASING DEMAND AND NEED FOR MORE VOLUNTEERS OUR RESPONSE TIMES ARE TAKING LONGER. RIDE CONFIRMATIONS ARE SENT 48 TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DEPENDING ON VOLUME . WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.​​
