You'll receive an email acknowledgement shortly and if not, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@29-psp.org Ride requests submitted 48 hours or more, a volunteer dispatcher will review everything before scheduling a volunteer driver who will follow-up with you via text or phone call to confirm everything. For ride requests scheduled more than a week ahead, we will contact you about 5 days before your departure date.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your volunteer driver immediately. Keeping 29-PSP informed of changes in your plans helps provide better service, saves money, volunteer's time, and eliminate unnecessary trips.

Please allow about 60 minutes after landing to get bags and walk to the USO so you're not rushed and the volunteer driver is not waiting long.
